Overview

We are looking for an Internet Sales Consultant that can thrive in a demanding and fast pace environment to sell new vehicles at dealership standards for gross profit, volume and guest satisfaction.  This is a full time position with a very robust commission pay plan.  Our Sales Consultants get to work with an amazing team and by working for Lexus of Stevens Creek; they are surrounded by only the best.

Responsibilities

The Internet Sales Consultant must be able to do the following on a day-to-day basis:

  • Manage all sales activities generated from referrals and guest inquiries
  • Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
  • Conduct business in a variety of traditional and non-traditional methods, such as email, telephone, in person appointments
  • Most importantly, we look for individuals who exemplify our Team Values: Integrity, Teamwork, Accountability and Honest Communication

 

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and individual should possess:  

  • Superior communication and customer service skills, especially effective via email and telephone
  • A minimum of one (1) year sales experience in the automobile industry or equivalent, preferred
  • Excellent follow-through skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a team driven atmosphere
  • Must have (or be willing to acquire) a valid California Occupational Sales and Driver’s License with an acceptable and safe driving record
