The Service Consultant is the primary liaison between the guest and dealership on all vehicle repair activities. Service Consultant is responsible for writing and processing repair orders, communicating with the technician team and the guest at all points of service repair; this includes selling recommended service, reviewing and explaining service and costs associated.
