  • Overview

    The Service Greeter is responsible for greeting all guests who arrive at the service drive and directing them to the appropriate location to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility.


    • Greets all guests entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location.
    • Installs and removes ID tags in all the vehicles brought in for service.
    • Drives vehicles from the service lane to their proper places in the service parking lot, if needed.
    • Maintains the parking lot in a neat and organized manner.
    • Assists in moving disabled vehicles in or around the service department.
    • May record any external vehicle damage (scratches, dents) and vehicle information on check-in sheet and submits to designated personnel.
    • Coordinates shuttles service for guests
    • Coordinates guest assistance with tire pressure, engine oil checks and adjustments, light bulbs, remotes battery replacement, license plates and other varied minor driveway repairs.
    • Coordinates courtesy wash program for guests
    • Must follow all company safety policies, operations and practices.
    • Assists in all other areas of the service department, as needed.
    • Maintains high ethical standards.
    • Maintains professional appearance at all times.


    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Individual should possess:

    • A high school diploma or equivalent, desired;
    • Minimum of six (6) months customer service experience, desired;
    • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles; coordinate activities with other employees; read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language; work well with the public;
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Individual will be required to:

    • Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear .
    • Able to withstand outdoor weather.
