Mercedes-Benz of Marin is looking for an experience Service Advisor that can thrive in a demanding and fast pace environment. The position requires a person with lots of charmisa who can earn trust quickly and deliver a high level of guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for greeting our guests, processing their repair orders, and communicating with our guest at all points of service repair; this includes selling recommended service, reviewing and explaining each service and costs associated.
