Mercedes-Benz of Marin is looking for an experienced Parts Guest Service team member to be a part of "the best or nothing." This position requires a significant amount of interaction with internal clients, so the ideal candidate will possess great guest service skills, but also be able to provide technicial support. The Parts Guest Service Representative is responsible for providing support to our technician team and any 3rd party shops. Parts Guest Service team member is also responsible for answering phones, filling orders in a timely manner, and selling parts to all retail guests over the counter, through the Internet and/ or on the phone.
