    This Part-Time Guest Relations Representative opportunity is a perfect Part Time job for today’s college student or active volunteer!

    We are looking for a Guest Relations Rep that can thrive in a demanding and fast pace environment and is available to work up to 28 hours per week.  This team member will work the opening shift on Saturdays, 6:45am - 3:45pm but we will work around your school schedule or other obligations Monday through Fridays.

    Our Guest Relations Rep is our dealership’s liason to our guest, so if you need the mornings off for school or other commitment, and you are responsible, able to juggle multiple tasks while ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, would love following up with sales and service guests to make sure they are satisfied with Longo – this may be the role for you!

    Responsibilities

    As a Guest Relations Representative, among the day to day responsibilities are the following:

    • Follows up by telephone, internet, mail, email, or in person with every guest to ensure their complete satisfaction with our dealership

    • Handles guest's concerns tactfully, promptly, and with genuine concern for the guest's issue or concern

    • Determines reason why the dealership has not met guest satisfaction and makes arrangements to meet with those guests

    • Alerts management of any guest concerns that require further action

    • Works with Sales Representatives to ensure follow-up calls are made to guests

    • Keeps records of guest interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments and resolution

    • Follows up with appropriate personnel to ensure guests concerns are resolved

    • Maintains daily guest satisfaction scores and makes copies to appropriate personnel

    • Participates and invites guests to attend our New Owner Events 

    • Maintains high ethical standards in all actions

    • Maintains assigned workspace in an organized and clean manner

    • Maintains a professional appearance at all times

    • Performs other administrative duties, as assigned

    Qualifications

    To perform this jobe successfully, the chosen individual should possess:

    • Ability to work Nights, Weekends, and Holidays
    • Bilingual English/Mandarin preferred
    • A high school diploma or equivalent

    • A minimum of 1 year customer service experience

    • Ability to coordinate activities with other employees

    • Ability to read and comprehend instruction and information in the English language

    • Pleasant and polite demeanor with the ability to communicate professionally on the telephone, internet and in person, and use standard office equipment

    • Must have a valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
