  • Overview

    We are looking for a candidate that can thrive in a demanding and fast pace environment.  The Guest Service Associate is responsible for assisting guests as they arrive on the service drive and initiating repair orders.  This is a full time position with a rotating schedule, including occasional Saturdays.

    Responsibilities

    On a day to day basis, the Guest Service Associate must be able to do the following:

    • Greet all guests entering the Collision Repair Center service area with a friendly disposition, and answer guest questions, or direct them to the appropriate person or location
    • Obtain guest's vehicle and personal information and accurately enter it onto to repair order
    • Transfer repair orders to Estimators for vehicle inspection
    • Provide direction to CRC valets to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow to increase guest convenience and maintain an orderly parking area
    • Assit Estimators with finished vehicle deliveries
    • Answer guest's question concerning services performed or products purchased, or refer them to someone who can
    • Assist the CRC in other areas, as needed
    • Must maintain high ethical standards and professiional appearace at all times

    Qualifications

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and individual should possess:  

    • A high school diploma or equivalent
    • A minimum of one (1) year customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry or related field
    • Fully proficient in mathematical principles (adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying, and percentages)
    • Ability to operate manual transmissions; inspect vehicles to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects
    • Ability to coordinate activities with other employees
    • Great attention to detail
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
    • Must work well with the public; communicate in a professional manner on the phone, internet and in person; and use standard office equipment
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable and safe driving record
