    Summary: The Portfolio Phone Professional is responsible for providing high quality, excellent customer relations to our clients. This position will make high volume outbound calls to inform our clients of special offers and new opportunities within their portfolio.


    Essential Duties include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.


    • Heavy outbound calling (70-90 per day) setting up appointments for sales from our own clientele portfolio.
    • Excellent communication and problem solving skills in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
    • Ability to multi-task generating a high volume of appointments for sales and generating warranty sales from service.
    • Follow-up with guests by phone who previously visited the dealership to ask for their business.
    • Explains full application process and benefits to guests.
    • Building trust and rapport with clients/establishing long term relationships.
    • Maintains daily activity records and reports.
    • Achieves the sales objectives set by management.
    • Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to guests.
    • Assists in all other areas of the sales department, as needed.
    • Performs other specific administrative duties as assigned by management.
    • Maintains professional appearance.
    • Maintains high ethical standards on all actions.



    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Individual should possess:

    • A high school diploma or equivalent;
    • Telemarketing experience preferred
    • Expertise at developing relationships and possess the ability to ask for the appointment.
    • Great demeanor/strong customer service skills.
    • Strong verbal/written communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills/detailed oriented.
    • Self-motivated/deadline driven.
    • High degree of self-initiation, motivation and problem solving. A strong work ethic.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel)
    • Knowledge of basic mathematical concepts (such as add, subtract, divide, multiply, and percentages); and laws that govern retail automotive sales;
    • Ability to coordinates activities with other employees; read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language; learn and understand the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail auto sales; use good judgment in challenging situations; pay attentions to detail; follow-up with guests and employees; work well with the public; communicate in a professional manner on the phone, internet and in person; use standard office equipment;
    • Must have a valid sales driver’s license and maintain an acceptable and safe driving record.
