Lexus of Stevens Creek is looking to bring on a Service Cashier to the Team!

The Service Cashier is primarily responsible for the proper reconciliation of Repair Orders and conducting guest point of sale transactions as they pay for their vehicle service. This is a full-time position, and our Service Cashiers get to work with an amazing team and by working for Lexus of Stevens Creek, they are surrounded by only the best.

The Service Cashier has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Rate of $20.00.

• Greet all guests at the cashier window as well as those walking through the lobby
• Collect the total retail charges from the customers in cash, check or credit transaction
• Make change and issue receipts to guests
• Reconcile cash drawer daily
• Answer all guest questions concerning services performed or products purchased or refers them to someone who can
• Handle guest complaints with respect, integrity, and poise; and when necessary, refers dissatisfied guests to the appropriate individuals for resolution
• Files Repair Orders as directed by management
• Answers, transfers, and provides information to incoming service calls
• Performs clerical duties as assigned
• Assist in all other areas of the parts department as needed
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Maintain high ethical standards in all actions

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of two (2) years customer service experience, preferably in an automobile dealership
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts as well as a good understanding of basic mathematical concepts (such as add, subtract, divide, multiply and percentages)
• Detail oriented, and great follow up skills with internal and external guests
• Must be able to read and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions as well as procedure manuals in the English language
• Must have a valid CA driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record

• Frequently bend, stretch, twist, or reach with their body, arms, and/or legs; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions including low and high temperatures, precipitation and wind, noisy environments, and small and/or enclosed spaces.
• Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Operating motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment.
