Penske Motor Group is continuing its ongoing initiatives to maintain and improve the network and server infrastructure and application components. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will help ensure the computer network performance meets company and user standards. The ideal candidate will design, monitor, and maintain IT systems and collaborate with internal and external technology partners. Wages include Base salary range of $130,000-$170,000.

• Installing and maintaining: Install, configure and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, firewalls, and switches
• Security: Perform security reviews, identify gaps in security and develop a security risk management plan
• Monitor web security gateways, network access controls, endpoint security and resolve security threats
• Conduct regular security reviews and testing of PMG systems
• Collaborate with management on security related items and any other duties assigned by the Company
• Implement and maintain complex wireless networking that supports open or secured access
• Maintain multi-server environments including virtual server technology like VMWare, vSphere and VSAN
• Maintain multi-site network operations and software applications, operating systems and perform regular maintenance and upgrades
• Respond to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel and outside vendors to provide technical assistance and support
• Troubleshoot malfunctions of network hardware and software applications, telephones and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore services

Potential Candiate should posses:

• Strong knowledge of cyber security tools and services such as vulnerability management, patch management, IDS, SIEM, and MTR
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange Hybrid, SQL, VMWare, Sophos Endpoint, and other systems specified by management
• Knowledge of networking technologies including DNS, DHCP and Active Directory
• CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCSE or equivalent
• Superb project management and time management skills
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record
• Advanced knowledge in LAN/WAN technologies, including switches, routers, SD-WAN and firewalls
• Microsoft Office 365 administration of Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams and OneDrive
