Overview

Longo Toyota of Prosper is looking for the best and brightest Sales Professionals to join our team at our newest Penske Motor Group location in Prosper, Texas. 

The Digital Sales Experience Manager is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving processes designed to generate sales from the effective handling of phone calls, digital leads, previous guests, and showroom traffic. The Digital Experience Manager will also lead the Digital Development Program for Longo Toyota of Prosper.

 

*This position is 100% on site at Longo Toyota of Prosper in Prosper, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the Longo Digital Development program which includes, but is not limited to, coaching, and developing Digital Development team members on effective phone and lead handling techniques, sales processes, and closing skills.
  • Improving dealership sales department performance with CONNECT score, CRISP score, Lead and phone closing ratios and overall digital sales.
  • Developing and implementing processes to ensure inbound digital leads into the dealership are answered in a timely manner and properly noted in the CRM for follow-up.
  • Monitoring and managing lead response templates and workflows for optimal performance.
  • Coaching and developing sales team members on effective phone and lead handling techniques.
  • Investigate and implement an AI solution to further improve our digital lead handling.
  • Coach and develop Lexus lease retention team to improve retention performance.
  • Monitoring and managing lead response templates and workflows for optimal performance.
  • Serve as the point of contact for CRM (ELead), call monitoring (CarWars) and digital retailing (Roadster) and to aggregate performance data for Longo and other PMG locations as needed.
  • Ensure Longo Toyota is the industry leader in digital sales volume and closing ratio.
  • Achieves the sales objectives set by management.
  • Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to guests.
  • Assists in all other areas of the sales department, as needed.
  • Performs other specific administrative duties as assigned by management.
  • Maintains professional appearance.
  • Maintains high ethical standards on all actions.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Abilities

  • A college degree or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one (5) year sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry; call center experience, desired; Knowledge of basic mathematical concepts (such as add, subtract, divide, multiply, and percentages); and laws that govern retail automotive sales.
  • Ability to coordinates activities with other employees; read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language; learn and understand the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail auto sales; use good judgment in challenging situations; pay attention to detail; follow-up with guests and employees; work well with the public; communicate in a professional manner on the phone, internet and in person; use standard office equipment.
  • Must have a valid sales driver's license and maintain an acceptable and safe driving record.
